My understanding is that it is bittered with Galaxy, and also uses a fair bit of Cascade, with a ratio of about 1/3 for Galaxy with the remaining 2/3 Cascade. I have about 1.25kg of Briess "pale" extract, and BRY-97 and Nottingham yeast.
