Producer acknowledges that a breach of any of the terms, conditions, or provisions of this Agreement by the Producer may give rise to a cause of action by Broker against the Producer and/or may result in disciplinary action by Broker, including but not limited to, the termination of this Agreement, all in the sole discretion of Broker.
