Ronald Farris after receiving a flag from him that flew over their 451st Air Expeditionary Group headquarters building at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Farris commanded the 451st AEG after Cahoon, but saved the flag to present to him at his retirement. The 451st Air Expeditionary Group is a provisional United States Air Force USAFCENT unit.
